Avrossales.com Returns Policy
Avrossales.com accepts items returned within seven days of purchase where Customers exchange the item purchased for another item of equal value. For this to happen however, the item in question must be deemed to be in the same state you received it in (with all packaging and accessories intact).
In the event that the order delivered isn’t what you ordered or arrives without certain components, contact our Customer Experience team to have the correct order delivered immediately.
If the item delivered is found to be defective, it should be returned to Avrossales.com immediately for diagnosis. The item would be replaced as soon as the examination of the item is complete. Our Customer Experience consultants would keep you constantly updated until the defective item is replaced.
